Processing Time
Kuhani Spirit products are 100% handmade, packaged, and shipped by one person. Most items are not made in bulk, and are made to order in order to preserve the freshness. Processing time at the latest is 7-14 business days prior to shipping. Weekends or holidays and holidays are not included.
Shipping
Kuhani Spirit ships via USPS Priority. All orders will be shipped using flat rate envelope or box for the protection of your order. All orders over 15 ounce will be upgraded/ charged to the medium flat rate box. Claims of lost, stolen, or damaged orders will be handled directly by USPS. Once you have received your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking status to update. If after 48 hours your status has not changed, feel free to contact us so we may investigate.
Returns & Refunds
Due to our products being 100% handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds. If there is any issue with your order, please email us proof of the issue. If by chance your order is returned to us by USPS we will offer a refund minus shipping cost, or we will re-ship it plus the additional shipping fees.
Wrong Address
If by chance you enter the wrong address while placing your order, you have 24 hours to contact us to fix the information.
Business Hours
Kuhani Spirit is opened 3pm-7pm Monday- Friday CST. We are closed weekends and all holidays. If you have emailed, called, or text please allow 1 to 3 business days for a response.
